Senior One 2018-2019

Senor One have been enjoying a full and varied topic based curriculum including the Tropical Rainforest Ecosystem, Water, Castles and work in the local community (St. Vincent de Paul). 

In September we researched the characteristics and adaptions of plant and animal life. We discovered various threats to the rainforest ecosystem and decided to raise money to help protect and conserve rainforest animals. 

We sold friendship bracelets to pupils and staff raising 280euro for Dublin Zoo. 

In October we worked on the theme 'Castles' and in November the theme 'Water' and enjoyed many science experiments.

In December we helped a local charity - St. Vincent de Paul by organising a food bank collection for local families.
