'The Farm' was our theme this month, so we were busy learning about the role of the farmer and all the different animals that live on the farm. We made some cows and pigs during our art lessons while we also printed some beautiful flowers using sponges.
We celebrated a birthday in our class this month and needless to say we all enjoyed a taste of some chocolate cake.
There was also a great deal of excitement when Aogán Ó Fearghail visited our school accompanied by the Sam Maguire and Liam McCarthy cups. We were only delighted to have the opportunity to get our photographs taken alongside such magnificent silverware.

We had lots of fun during cookery as usual, melting chocolate and making some tasty treats with marshmallows.
