March & April Activities in Junior 4

27/4/2015

Junior 4 have been very busy! Here are some photos to let you know what we have been up to....
  • We have been visiting the church in preparation for our First Holy Communion.
  • We paid a visit to our local library and selected books on some of our interests. We love going to the library!
  • Junior 4 made some beautiful art in the lead up to St. Patrick's Day and on the day we got our faces painted and joined up with Junior 5 to have a ceilidh and practice our Irish dancing skills.
  • During March, Transition Year students came to visit our school and played lots of fun games with us.
  • Junior 4 spent some time relaxing in the sensory room.
  • For Easter we made Easter nests in cookery. As you can see we made some super Easter cards for our families.
  • As Spring is in full bloom, we went for a walk in search of signs of Spring and discovered lots of pretty flowers.
  • We also went on a Spring hunt and searched for all the signs of growth on our checklists, we thought this was a fun way to learn!
